Semi Scleral Lenses
Semi Scleral Lenses from Bausch and Lomb are for normal and abnormal corneas. They vault all of the cornea and continuously bathe it in saline solution, making them perfectly comfortable. They have been successfully used in dry eye and keratoconus conditions
Disposable Daily Contact Lenses
Excellent for part time wear, sports, comfort problems and must be thrown away after 1 use. If you suffer from allergies, daily contact lenses may be the ideal solution for you, as there is little or no opportunity for particles such as pollen to build up and irritate your already-sensitive eyes. We supply a wide range of well-known brands of daily disposable contact lenses, including Bausch and Lomb, CIBA Vision, Johnson & Johnson, and Coopervision.
Monthly Disposable Lenses
Are worn daily for a month and then replaced. Fresh solutions must be used between each use, to keep the lenses clean and sterile for reuse.
Continuous Wear Contact Lenses
These are lenses that have been licensed to sleep in. You must NOT fall asleep in lenses with out an Optician supervising the initial period of adaption. CW lenses carry increased risks of infection and problems.
Rigid Gas Permeable (Hard) Lenses
These are smaller and harder, often neglected by the large high street chains as they are more complex to fit. How ever they can be cheaper, and on the right person provide clearer more stable vision.
